Description
We offer these short course workshops for people who would like to learn a few basic first aid skills that could be life saving in an emergency. It’s the same quality training you will receive on one of our comprehensive courses but just delivered in small skills classes. The workshops are ideally suited to school, church and community groups.

CPR foundation training – this short workshop is dedicated to teaching you all about CPR and AED use and giving you plenty of time to practice these skills under supervision. The course covers skills suitable for use on infants, children and adults.
You will receive a certificate of attendance.
